A new opportunity awaits in South Carolina. As we expand our U.S. manufacturing capabilities, the Fort Mill facility will provide an array of new positions for the surrounding community.

Position Available: Production Manager (Night Shift)

The Production Manager position will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture and achievement of goals. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee and manage all production supervisors
• Manage human and material resources needed to meet production targets. 
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures. 
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process. 
• Set and manage production budgets, implementing cost control and cost-saving programs. 
• Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between departments including quality, engineering, maintenance procurement, logistics, warehouse, and management.

Qualifications Include:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ADP software 
• Ability to head a team successfully and resolve issues relating to personnel quickly and efficiently. 
• 7+ years of production experience 
• Experience with production planning, controls, and instrumentation
