SIlfab Solar was pleased to learn that the court has affirmed that York County acted appropriately in approving the location of our Fort Mill manufacturing facility and has rejected the plaintiff’s efforts to stop work or revoke our permits.  Silfab has worked closely with all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies and has complied with all laws and regulations to ensure we meet or exceed all industry standards for our state-of-the-art solar cell and panel assembly facility. With over 600 new jobs created to date, Silfab Solar is committed to being a valuable contributor to York County and a good neighbor to our surrounding community.
