Silfab is confident in its legal positions and following the appropriate processes, including related to the York County Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) and Citizens Alliance for Government Integrity (CAGI) recent hearings. In particular, we find CAGI’s filing to be baseless, concur with the judge’s statement that the CAGI-related stay remain in place pending final adjudication of the BZA case and support his order rejecting the CAGI request to lift the stay.
