Silfab Solar: DES Compliance Agreement Report and Media Statement
September 30, 2026. In satisfying the components of Silfab’s agreement with the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (DES), Silfab has submitted the engineering report of TRC Engineering, an independent third-party engineering firm retained to evaluate Silfab Solar chemical processes, incident response protocols, and emergency response procedures at its Fort Mill facility. Silfab has also submitted an addendum outlining the actions the company has taken in response to TRC’s recommendations.
